    A 42-year-old man from Tamil Nadu presents with a 3-month history of unilateral epistaxis and progressive nasal obstruction. On examination, he has a mass visible in the nasopharynx with cervical lymphadenopathy (2 cm, firm, mobile nodes in level II). Biopsy shows undifferentiated carcinoma. Contrast-enhanced CT reveals a 4 cm nasopharyngeal mass with erosion of the clivus and involvement of the sphenoid sinus. There is no distant metastasis on staging.
