1. Pro plans — 7-day money-back guarantee
If NEETPGAI Pro is not right for you, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid for that plan. This applies to both monthly and annual Pro plans. After the 7-day window, plan purchases are non-refundable, and your access continues until the end of the prepaid term.
We reserve the right to decline a refund where the guarantee is being abused — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or heavy consumption of paid AI usage followed by an immediate refund request.
2. AI token packs
Token top-up packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase provided the tokens have not been spent. Once tokens from a pack have been consumed by AI features, that pack is no longer refundable. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money outside this refund window.
3. How to request a refund
- Email support@neetpgai.com from your registered email address, or use the contact form while signed in.
- Mention the plan or pack you purchased and the approximate purchase date. A reason helps us improve, but is not required.
- We confirm eligible requests within 1–2 business days and initiate the refund through Razorpay.
4. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay, our payment processor. Once initiated, Razorpay typically completes the refund within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different account.
5. Failed or duplicate payments
If money was deducted but your plan or token pack was not activated, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us with the payment reference. Failed transactions captured by Razorpay are normally auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days; anything that isn't, we will reconcile and refund.
6. Cancellation
NEETPGAI plans are prepaid and do not auto-renew, so there is no recurring charge to cancel. When your plan term ends, your account simply moves to the free tier and you keep access to the free question bank and practice features. You can delete your account entirely at any time from your settings page.
7. What is not refundable
- Plan time already elapsed beyond the 7-day guarantee window.
- Token packs that have been partly or fully spent.
- Complimentary or promotional access and goodwill token grants (for example, leaderboard rewards) — these have no cash value.
- Purchases on accounts terminated for material violations of our Terms of Service.
