1. Who can use NEETPGAI
NEETPGAI is an exam-preparation platform for medical students and graduates preparing for NEET PG, INI-CET, FMGE, and related examinations. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
2. The service
NEETPGAI provides a question bank, previous-year questions, mock tests, spaced-repetition revision, analytics, study planning, and AI-powered study tools. Registered users get free access to the core question bank and practice features; certain AI features (such as the AI Tutor, AI MCQ generation, and the clinical case simulator) require a paid Pro plan.
NEETPGAI is a study aid, not medical advice. All questions, explanations, AI responses, and images are provided for examination preparation only. They must never be used for diagnosing or treating real patients. Always rely on standard textbooks, current clinical guidelines, and qualified supervision for clinical decisions.
3. Content accuracy
Our content combines editorially reviewed material, community-reconstructed previous-year questions, and AI-generated questions and explanations that pass through automated verification and review processes. Despite this, errors can occur, and examination authorities may change patterns, syllabi, or answer keys. We do not guarantee that any individual question, answer, or explanation is error-free, and we encourage you to report suspected errors from within the product so we can correct them.
4. Your account
- Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Accounts are personal and must not be shared. NEETPGAI enforces a single-active-session policy: signing in on a new device signs the account out of older devices.
- Notify us promptly at support@neetpgai.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Plans, payments, and AI tokens
- Pro plans are prepaid for a fixed term (for example, monthly or annual) and do not auto-renew. When a plan ends, your account simply returns to the free tier — nothing is charged automatically.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and payments are processed by Razorpay.
- AI features consume AI tokens. Pro plans include a periodic token allowance, and additional token packs can be purchased. Tokens are usable only within NEETPGAI, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
- Complimentary access or token grants (for example, leaderboard rewards) are promotional, discretionary, non-transferable, and carry no cash value.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically extract questions, explanations, or any other content, whether manually or with automated tools;
- Copy, republish, resell, or redistribute platform content;
- Share, sell, or transfer your account, or circumvent access controls, rate limits, or plan restrictions;
- Reverse engineer the platform or interfere with its operation or security;
- Use the AI features to generate content that is unlawful or that you then present as NEETPGAI-endorsed;
- Upload malicious code or use the platform to harm others.
We use automated systems to detect abuse, including bulk-extraction patterns. Violations may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of your account, without refund for the affected period where the violation is material.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, design, branding, and content are owned by NEETPGAI or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your own exam preparation — nothing more.
Content you submit (for example, testimonials, reported corrections, or question discussions) remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and promote the platform. Testimonials are published only with attribution controls described at submission time.
8. AI-generated output
Responses from the AI Tutor, generated MCQs, generated images, and case simulations are produced by machine-learning models and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect despite our verification layers. You are responsible for how you use them. AI output is provided "as is" for study purposes.
9. Termination
You may stop using NEETPGAI or delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms, and we may discontinue features with reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive it.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or any particular examination outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@neetpgai.com — most issues are resolved quickly and informally.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or the law evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
